The exhibition offers a journey into his life, through a set of works that illustrate the artist’s career in the fields of painting, engraving and illustrated books. All are at the same time linked to the artist’s interest in literature and the lifelong friendships he maintained with writers, poets and some of the main European publishers of the last century.
